We can individually help Ukraine
Please join me
If my parents were arguing about whether to help someone being attacked nearby, I’d leave them and go help stop the attack, if I could. (The parents in this metaphor are the U.S. House of Representatives.) So I have donated money again to Ukraine for drone detection technology, via Yale Professor Timothy Snyder’s fundraiser to protect Ukrainians and their towns from drone attacks by enlarging and maintaining the Ukraine’s Air Defense Forces' alert system. Please join me, if you are able, at U24.gov.ua.
Update: Professor Snyder’s Safe Skies fundraiser was closed after exceeding its goal, but has been succeeded by the Sky Sentinel, Allies of Steel (robots), and other defense programs. At https://u24.gov.ua/projects, you’ll see that, as of July, 2025, almost $1.9 billion dollars in private donations have been raised for dozens of programs for Ukraine’s defense, public education, and reconstruction.
Thank you!
